How to use
From a vial label to a reading on the barrel, in four steps.
-
Step 1: Read the vial label
Note the peptide amount, in mg or mcg. That figure is the total in the vial, not a dose.
-
Step 2: Add water and record the volume
The volume you add sets the concentration. More water means a larger, easier to measure draw for the same dose.
-
Step 3: Enter your target dose
Pick mg or mcg to match how you think about the dose. The calculator converts internally, so the two always agree.
-
Step 4: Match the syringe scale
A U-100 barrel reads 100 units per mL and a U-40 barrel reads 40. Reading one as if it were the other changes the amount drawn by two and a half times.
Things people get wrong
Entering a vial in mg while thinking in mcg, forgetting that the water volume decides the units, and reading a U-40 barrel as if it were U-100. The calculator flags a draw that will not fit the barrel and a reading too small to see, but it never blocks the sum.
